Tourism hasn’t really reached Gili Gede but it's only just a matter of time. This beauty’s only jetty is on the beach of a boutique resort. The island is known for pearl farming and fishing. You can find trips to Gili Gede from Bali and Lombok. From Bali, the trip takes around 2.5 hours and from Lombok only 30 minutes.
